Russian photographer Evgenia Arbugaeva was born in Tiksi, Russia, a small town on the Arctic Ocean.  

In 2009 she graduated from the International Centre of Photography in New York and since then has been working as a freelance photographer.  She returned home to the shores of the arctic to take pictures of her town, a place not seen by many people.
